Return Policy

Our goal at The Pearl New York is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer:
1) For Customers from US:
Free returns within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us by filling the "1-Minute Return Form - US", and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label which will be sent via email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
2) For Customers from Canada, UK, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please ship the returning items to our US return department within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us by filling the "1-Minute Return Form - World". Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.
3) Final sales items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
